my fiance is going through a nasty divorce with a pedofile who is still awaiting trial. they separated in febuary of this year because he was caught with child pornography. she had to move in with her brother for the duration who was also going through a nasty divorce. her ex got the same lawyer who is undergoing her brothers case, is this a conflict of interest seeing that he can obtain info from her brother to use against her with his new client a e her ex?

Can't say that her brother and her not yet ex using the same attorney passes the smell test. Of course, can't say that her separating in February and having a finance in September does either. She should bring the issue up to her attorney.
