Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fiance has the 1st,3rd,and 5th weekend of every month with children by his ex-wife. Since I have moved in the wife has not left my fiance see his children who are 10 and 4. I was wanting to know what are the options for us to get the ball rolling so he can be able to ee his children again. She won't answer his text messages, phone calls, or anything. When he shows up at 6 o'clock(which is the time he is suppose to pick them up.) she will not answer the door and she tells the children to hide. Please help me find a way to get justice on his ex-wife and make my fiance happy again. Not only is she hurting him, she is hurting the children involved. Please let me know anything that we can do.

He can (first) sue her for contempt; she has violated a court order. Second, he can sue her for money damages under provisions of Chapter 42 of the Family Code. Third, he can pick a "long" period of visitation (such as summer visitation) and do an application for a writ of habeas corpus (he should talk to a lawyer about this).
