my fiance and i are wanting to get maried thing is he still married to someone else been seperated for 4 years she wont give him a divorce how long will it be till he can legaly marry me?

He does not have to wait for his wife to give him a divorce. Texas is a no fault state. All he has to do is file. After he gets divorced there is a 30 day waiting period before he can get a marriage license

If he's married, he cannot marry you. So, if he never gets divorced the answer is never. Sorry!
