Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my fiance's divorce was finalized about 1 1/2 yrs ago. He has his son 49% of the year and pays for child support and health insurance through his mom. Currently, his son goes to daycare and will be starting kindergarden this month. His son will be going to daycare early in the morning and daycare will take him to school around 10am and transported back to daycare when school ends. Well, his exwife decided she will only pay for the afternoon daycare. Which means my fiance has to pay for daycare for the morning because he works at 8am. Is she obligated to pay for all of the child's daycare needs because she is recieving child support money?

Dad is required to pay only what the decree (or most recent modifying order) requires him to pay, period.

Check the decree very carefully to see if it says anything about paying for daycare.
