Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fiance's ex-wife

I am currently engaged to someone that has just gotten divorced in Feb. He has paid all of his child support payments and then some. Now she is wanting more money. I want to know that if we get married will my income be considered for any increase on his child support?

No. Only his income counts.

However, you might want to consider a pre-nup and a post-nup agreement.

Also, I'd keep everything separate and not co-mingle money.

If you file your taxes together, if she asks for a copy of the tax return, she will know how much money you make. He will HAVE to produce his recent tax returns.
