Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fiance's ex husband is requesting that I hand over any information on if I have ever been to alcohol rehab before. And claims that he will prevent me from being around their kids. I have been to rehab but don't want to give him any information about my medical history. I don't have a criminal record and no convictions and the kids have never seen me drink. I haven't had anything to drink for almost 2 years. I did get pulled over for a DUI 6 years ago but all charges were dropped. Does he have a right to any of my medical history?

He has no right to your medical history. Tell him to go to hell. And he has to obey whatever court order (for visitation) is in place, unless it has a provision that allows him to demand that non-parents have to give him medical information. It doesn't.
