Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been fighting to get child support from my sons dad i already went to court and they gave me custudy and he has to pay back child support this was a year ago and the atorny general can not a dime from him they know where he is at but has'nt gotten a payment from him what can i do to get my sons money

If the Attorney General isn't helping you, you may need to hire your own lawyer.

However, if the Attorney General CAN'T collect the back child support, it may be because your situation is difficult, that is, it would be difficult for anybody (even a diligent lawyer) to collect the child support.

Is Dad working? Do you know where he banks?
