Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Im fighting a CPS custody case in Texas, my question is I feel th judge on this case is more into the mothers side and is not being neutral is there a way to ask for a new judge? The case it stills open.

Basically, I doubt it.
You need to hire an attorney.
You need to talk to an attorney in person about your concerns in person.
