Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have been fighting a DNA case for the last three years the mother of the child told me three years ago that a child was not mine. After telling me she moved and changed her number dodging me for the last three years. We take the test now after all the time and the child is not mine i haven't seen the child in three years the mother has cut me out of his life and now i'm not the father and i have been paying child support. and i signed the birth certificate. i know that i signed but is there some i can do for her defrauding me and not alloying me for the last three years

If you can account for all the money you've paid her (for "child support"), sue her for it. You'll need to have an accounting - "June 4, 2009 - $50.00" for instance.
