Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello I'm trying to figure out what form of to have to make sure my parents have custody of my daughter just in case I am unable to take care of her. Her father is not involved in her life at all , hasn't paid child support and is not on her birth certificate.

Put it in your will. You can designate a guardian for your child in a will.
