can I get my file from my bad attorney? what if she refuses?

My attorney is in cahoots with my husbands attorney on this case, she has taken papers from my file when I've been in her office. This is a very complicated matter, the whole county...sheiff dept, JP, DA, Police chief and even the procecuter representing me in his assault chargehearing , which is tomorrow are in cahoots, there is a big cover up going on all because my husband pulled strings after he assaulted me. He some how got the case charged as a misdomeaner C when it should have been an A.No rexcord anywhere except in his friends JP court, his friend is going to be the judge. Long story short...I'm getting railroaded and don't have a clue as to what to do. The second time I had to call 911, the dueputy wouldn't even help me or fill out a report. I've documented everything. I lost out on a protective order hearing last week, she(my attorney) didn't even try to protect me...allow my husband to lie and not even challange him. I wasn't even allowed to discuss what was in the affidavit he was able to lie about me and slander me with no opposition and I know the judge is on it too. I've been trying to get my attoney to get me protection and temporary orders since DEC 13th 2008, today is FEB. 25th,2009. She has my pictures.
