Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
how do I file a conflict of interest motion?
The attorney representing my ex-husband in a non payment of child support is also listed as his employer. He is helping him hide his assetts. How do I file a motion to have him dismissed and my ex required to obtain other council? Thank You

Re: how do I file a conflict of interest motion?
The attorneys in our office have often represented employees in their legal matters.
That is not an automatic conflict of interest.
The burden would be on you to prove he was hiding assets. You would need to prove to the Court that there are grounds to remove his chosen legal counsel. This is not an easy allegation to prove.
Good luck!
