Can i file divorce based on abandonment. The child has already been nigotiated.

Can you ask this again with more information. If the conservatorship, possession, access, support, rights and duties of the child have already been negotiated and settled; there is little purpose to filing based on cause - it would make more sense to enter an agreed, no-fault divorce. Decisions regarding assets and debts are rarely decided on issues of cause - generally it is merely an equitable - a just and right - division.
