Do you need to file for a divorce for a null and void marriage
My marriage in Texas was null and void. Do I have to file for divorce?

Who told you it was null and void? If it was a judge then the answer is no.

I agree with the other attorney.
We need more information to make sure that it truly is void.
If "voidable" in Texas, it can become a valid marriage if certain events occur.
