Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i want to file for divorce--uncontested--no property or children but my husband left El Paso, TX 13 months ago and I have no address for him. He says he is living in Roswell NM with friends and is working youth boot camp in Clovis NM. I have a cell phone number but he refuses to tell me where to have papers served, he says I should file for divorce based on grounds of abandonment. I don't know how to proceed.
