Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I need to know what I need to get to file for harassament charges. I contacted the da's office and they stated do not qualify for a protective order and a restraining order is not enforceable. The situation is i have separated from my husband by moving into another house trying to gather the money to file for a divorce he will not leave me alone and I have asked him repeatedly to i even changed my phone number now he is harassaing my supervisor and son with his calls and texts and he even knows where I live and came to my house

File for divorce, and ask for temporary orders. Find a local lawyer who will work with you on his fee. You need to get something filed NOW.
