can you file a motion for dissmisal with prediduce on a cps case, when in the affidavit , they used case history from a case worker who was indicted for falsefing govermnat records to cause harm?

You can always file a motion to dismiss a CPS case. However, historically, Judges give them whatever they ask for. I've never figured this out, but it's a fact.
