Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can she file a Writ of Attachment?

My soon to be ex wife has now decided after signing a waiver and the final divorce decree that she wants property that was not part of the original property agreement. She has stated that the divorce can be finalized as written/signed and that her filing a writ has nothing to do with the divorce. She says that a writ gives her permission to come get anything that she wants that is in my possession after the divorce is final. Can she do this? Can she file a writ of attachment and what would that mean to me? What is a writ of attachment for?

You need a lawyer to finalize and protect your property. Your soon to be exwife has an interesting assessment of the law.
