Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

It was filed to the court that I was served at work with divorce papers, I was not and do not work at the location the paper were left. Do I have to comply with any of the requirements until I'm served?

Your problem is this: you are the victim of a lazy process server. He has almost certainly filed a "return of service" with the Court stating that he served you. if you don't file an answer, the party on the other side might take a default judgment against you. You can probably check this online (that is, whether or not you are shown as having been served).
