Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have filed a custody sitation on tge grounds of an unsafe enviroment for my children. She has not been served yet but the court date has been set for an emergancy hearing and orders. I currently have the children in my posetion a 17 year old and a 13 year old. They have expressed a strong desire not to return to her. My question is.. Can she file kidnapping charges against me
