Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I had filed for divorce and its only been filedd now other actions have been taken how do I cancel getting divorced and its be over? Will there be any fees along with this. Harris County texas

If the other side has filed a counterpetition, you can't "cancel" the case.

If the other side has NOT filed a counterpetition, you can file a notice of dismissal. It won't cost you anything.
