Your husband is the presumed father of the children because they were born during the marriage. Has this presumption ever been rebutted or overcome in court when paternity was established between the children and their biological father or fathers? If not, the paternity of the children needs to be handled and addressed in the proper manner in the final order. As an aside, did you include the children in the petition for divorce as children of the marriage? The answers to these questions have serious implications.
