Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have not filed for divorce yet and was wondering if it would go against me to move from one state to another before filing ? I live in Texas and want to move to Oklahoma...I would still file in Texas.

No, it won't make any difference. It will only mean that you have to travel farther to come to Court for the hearings.
