Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
my ex has filed a motion of enforcement in Denton County concerning the dispositon of my 403B. Her motion claims I am refusing to give it to her, but the decree in no way states I am to secure the proper papers nor does it instruct me in any way to sign anything. Where can I find a general denial form?

But a general denial is not going to solve your problems. She is still going to haul you into court and you are going to have to try to explain your case to a judge.
You should hire an attorney to help you with this. What needs to be done might be so simple that it makes going to court a complete waste of everyone's time. If you don't think you can hire an attorney, contact Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. If they can't help you, call the Texas Legal Services Center (www.tlsc.org) and they will refer you to an attorney who will take your case at a significant discount if you meet their income guidelines.
