I am a Texas Uncontested / Agreed Divorce Lawyer I represent persons in divorce in any county in Texas for a flat fee including Montgomery County.

I charge a cheap flat fee of $875 that includes the filing fee(if we can still use your previous petition, then I will reduce my fee by the amount of the filing fee). If we can use your previous petition you could be divorced within the week.

Call for a free consultation: 512-827-7548 (8AM to 11PM 7 days a week).

Good Luck!

I refuse to drive from Houston to Mongomery County.

I don't know Ken. I don't know of many Austin attorneys that are willing to drive all the way to Montogery County. Of course, you are going to need to drive to Austin to meet with him so that he can review your paperwork. I don't know if you are willing to make that drive.

However, I rent office space from an attorney who will make the drive.

I assume that you live in the Conroe area. So I have have an attorney that is closer to you. My office is close to Reliant Stadium & the Astrodome. We are across the street from the vacant lot that used to be Astroworld.

You might want to talk to PATRICIA BUSHMAN at 713-807-9405. She will meet with you for free and quote you a price when you meet with her. I don't know what she would charge. It would depend on how much work she would have to do. Again, you don't state if you have minor children or property to divide.

Give Pat a call and see if she have time to help you.

She has been licensed over 15 years and she knows what she is doing.

Rather than hire an Austin attorney for a Conroe divorce, I am in Houston and would be glad to assist you in completing the process. I will do the work myself rather that refer you to an alternate attorney. I am a board certified specialist in the field of family law. Please contact me directly at 713-600-5500 if you want to discuss your options.
