Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello. I have filed for (uncontested) divorce from my spouse in Dallas County. We are both pro se, but during the original petition for divorce, we were required to include a standing order. In that standing order (section 4.5), it says we cannot sell real estate (jointly owned), but we both agree that we are going to sell. Later on in the document, it says we can "engage in acts reasonable and necassary to the conduct of that party's usual business [...]". Given that we both agree, are we able to proceed with selling our home?
