Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have filed an uncontested divorce in Texas. My spouse voluntarily signed the original petition for divorce, but is now refusing to sign the decree for divorce. The sherrif will serve my spouse with the decree of divorce, what will happen if my spouse doesn't sign?

There's no requirement that she sign a decree. If she signed a WAIVER which you have filed with the Court, then you can ask the Court to set the case for trial.
