Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I filed for an uncontested divorce in TX. My husband refuses to sign the waiver of service papers. I go back to court on 8/27 /14 will I still be granted a divorce even though he refuses to sign the waiver of service papers? Or will I have to file for a contested divorce? We've been separated for 3 years, no minor kids, no property, etc..he lives in Oklahoma .

If he won't sign the waiver of service papers, have him served. Get a lawyer.
