How do I go about filing a contempt of court order on my spouse without an attorney? Williamson County Texas

I assume that this has to do with child support.

You would file a motion for enforcement (also known as a motion for contempt). You'll need to draft the motion AND an order for Dad to appear; this is important.

After you file it with the District Clerk, you'll need to go see the Judge of the court to get a hearing set. Then you'll have Dad served with the motion and the order to appear.
