Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Filing and dismissing for divorce, then refiling again

In the state of Texas, if I filed for divorce and it was dismissed (not really by mutual consent) is there a time limit I have as to when I can refile for divorce?

If you dismiss (file a nonsuit), you may refile the next day (so long as you meet jurisdictional requirements of time in county and time in state).
