Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am filing for divorce and am going to make my husband sell the truck he is driving that we bought durring our marraige (paid cash for). The title is in his name, and the state of Texas just recently put a lein on it for back child support from his ex-wife before me that he owed on his daughter with her. Is he still going to be able to be made to sell this truck and am I still going to be to collect my half of the sale on this?

Don't assume that the Judge in your divorce case will force the sale of the truck. You can ask for it, but the Judge can say "no."

Your divorce Judge also has authority to "adjust" the lien and order what will happen with the proceeds of the sale IF he orders it sold.
