Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Filing a motion
I disagree with my ex about a provision of our divorce decree. Should a lawyer file a motion for clarification or can I? What would be the results of such a filed motion? Would it be binding and enforcable? How would I initiate enforcement?
thanks for your help

Re: Filing a motion
Unfortunately, your question has a lot of missing information. You can ask the court for a clarification, hold a hearing and argue it before the judge with your ex (of course, if he/she has a lawyer, you will be at a disadvantage).
