In filing a motion for a temporary hearing to set specific guidelines where a child will live, which doctors the child will see, and which appointments the child will attend, should I include all details of incidents leading up to the necessity of a temporary hearing?

A motion for a temporary hearing needs to be specific enough to give the other person notice of the purpose of the hearing and the relief requested. Evidentiary matters are handled at the hearing itself.
