filing uncontested divorce in texas
how can i obtain uncontested divorce with a spouse who is still in the Philippines?We have been separated for 5 years now. I don't even know his exact address, we don't have any communication for almost 3 years now.

First, uncontested means you both agree and will both sign all the papers without any disagreements. Nothing you wrote indicates that he agrees to the divorce, nor have you indicated whether there are any children or where they are. Second, you need to consult with a family law attorney who is familiar with Philippine law. A divorce from Texas may not be recognized in the Philippines.

If you can get him to sign a Waiver of Service that is notarized in the Phillipines, it's easy.
If he won't agree to sign the divorce paperwork, then it's going to be much more expensive and time consuming.
If there are no minor children and no property involved, it is easy.
With minor children and property, it gets harder.
