Filling an Answer

I was surved with papers and it is trying to modify my vistation for my children and it says i have to fill an answer. How do i go about filling an answer with the court

If you don't know how to do these things, you probably won't do it right. Better hire a lawyer.

Ig you don't have time to hire an attorney before the deadline, you can simply show up in court on the date stated in the citation. However this can be hard to calculate.

I think it would be better for you to have an attorney to answer or appear for you. Also, you will need help with the motion to modify. An attorney will know the issues that the court will look at.
