How do I word that my husband is not the father of my daughter?

If your husband is not the father of your child, you need more than simple wording. You need an attorney! Find a good family law attorney in your area. Many will work out payment arrangements.
This is not a DIY situation.

If you are speaking of the language to use in a petition for divorce, you can locate that in the "do it yourself" kits that are available on line.
Unless your divorce is a very simple matter involving nothing but personal property and only a few debts, I suggest you consult a lawyer. Unless the matter is handled properly, there can be a number of problems that surface later.
