final rule 11 agreement
my husband and i signed a final rule 11 agreement. and now we have a court date to go in and sign the final divorce decree. i have also found out that i am pregnant! i was wanting to know if the rule agreement means that we are already divorced? and what do i do about the pregnancy?

The Rule 11 agreement does not mean that you are divorced. You have to disclose the pregnancy, and the child's paternity needs to be established before the divorce is granted.
