i am in the final stages of my divorce,.. My spouse and i has been married for 23 years. He committed infidelity and spent all the money in his retirement. and abandoned me and our two boys and left us staying in the home with his two elder parents. He also left me holding all the bills, All the credit cards are in my name. And i am aware that legally i am the one who is liable to the credit card companies. Q- H"es still employed at same job for 18-19 years pays child support for one child.248.00 a month other child is 18 so he no longer pays for him.He claims he has no money.But he spent 39,000.00 in retirement i got nothing,now i have 12,000.00 worth of debt and no job. I have completed a course in Med Billing & Coding and have not found a job yet. He rides around in a 2002 Isuzi with brand new 20'inch rims and tires. And frequents the Casinos. What is the likely hood on how a judge might handle a situation like the. I sincerely would appreciate some sort of an professional opinion.

You should be entitled to spousal and child support, both during the pendency of the proceedings and after the divorce is final. Based upon the situation you have represented, including leaving you to care for his parents and his wasting of the community assets; you should also be entitled to an unequal distribution of assets and debts.
