Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I finalized a divorce but notice the summer possession is wrong. How do i got about fixing it? It has only been 2 weeks? This is in Texas.

How is it wrong? Is it not what your agreement was (if you had one)? Is it not what the judge ordered?

You can file a motion to change it for up to 30 days after it is entered or you can file a motion for a new trial. After 30 days, it is final and can only be changed for clerical mistakes.

If you had an attorney, call him or her now, but do not waste time; the attorney may not be able to get to you immediately and your time is short.
