Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

where do you find help when your case is deemed

My husband is in the Federal Prison.Claims he's indigent.I have proof his lawyers are hiding million dollar assets. Hired an attorney to get me a hearing on temporary maintence.Lawyer wasn't prepaired, I spoke up and asked the judge to read a letter my husband wrote to his lawyers(He read it and proceded to ask opposing council questions that when answered made it clear they were hiding assets.judge told my atty. it would be in my best interests for him to depose the other atty.Later my atty. sends a letter saying he is withdrawing from my case. The judge gave me names of possible pro bono attys. all of which said it was too big of a case.

My question is ''what on earth does someone do when they qualify for Legal Aid, but Legal Aid says they are not competent(their own words) enough to go up against my husbands lawyers? I have been to every legal organization, The Woman's Shelter's list of attys. The Bar Assoc. The money I did spend was a waste and it took me a year and a half to get that. I am out of ideas, and low on faith of our justice system.

Three questions:

1. How much money is he hiding?

2. What did the letter say?

3. Where is the case, county, state?

Seriously, if the evidence shows that your husband's lawyers are hiding assets then they should be made parties to the case and disqualified from representing your husband. If the money is worth the battle you can find a lawyer. If you are interested in my services, I'd like to find out more.
