How Can I Find Out If I am Divorced or Not?
My husband and I have not been seperate for over a year and I haven't been able to find out if I need to file for a divorce myself or if he has already and I need to know how can I find out if I am divorced or not. Thanks

Most Texas counties have public records available online at no cost. Check the counties where you have lived and see if there is a filing. You can also call the District Clerk of those counties to see if a divorce was filed, and if there is a disposition. Good luck.
