Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am try to find out how I can get my husband of 3 months out of the house. I am a single mother of 4 and I made a terrible mistake in getting married to this man. I am the only one that works. I ask him to leave and he will not do so. He is taken all my things out of my house. He did not care about the kids, now he wants to be the perfect dad. I have to work to support my children. I do not know what to do. I am Head of Household on the lease at my residents and they tell me, they can not make him leave, unless it is domestic violence. I am scared of him, he has a violent temper. Please, please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

Frankly, your best option is to move out, take the kids, and break your lease.

In the alternative, you can sue for divorce, ask for a hearing on temporary orders, and ask the Judge to award to you the temporary exclusive use of the residence. This will take some time (a few weeks), but it will eventually get him out of the house.
