Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I tried to find my marriage on line. (It showes my previous marriage)Could this be due to not filing the certificate anywhere. The marriage took place in Las Vegas. Is the marriage still legal?

You say that "it" shows your previous marriage. What is "it?" A website?

In Texas, if you have (1) lived with someone [OPPOSITE sex] in the State of Texas, (2) represented yourselves to others as husband and wife, and (3) filed joint income tax returns, that is a valid legal marriage, even if you don't have a license or a record that shows up on some computer.
