Go on the internet and look up the Texas Bureau of Vital Statistics. For a small fee, they can tell you if a divorce has been finalized in Texas for your parents.

If it was BEFORE the TX BVS started keeping records, it will be difficult to find out. You will need to go county to county to try to determine if they are divorced.
