Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Did not follow the divorce decree

If the items in the divorce decree have not been granted what are the steps to go back and file? Do I have to use a Lawyer or can I do my own filing? If I do have to use a Lawyer what would be a good estimate of the price?

I have no idea what your question is asking.

Here is my attempt to answer your question:

If there were property that was not divided in the Final Decree of Divorce, if there is a paragraph in the Final Decree that states that any property not divided is subject to future division, then you need to go back into court and divide that property.

If something was not delivered that was ordered to be done in the Final Decree, then there might be a contempt action that you need to persue.

I hope this helps!
