Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Foreclosure

My friend's house is in foreclosure because his wife was allowed to stay until they settled,she has not paid so now the house is in foreclosure, she will not budge until she has to move. He was giving her spousal support but she still did not pay. The court does not want to hear anything about it. The house is in his name she is on the deed only.How can he get an emergency hearing for this. He does not have an attorney anymore because he cannot afford to pay the money that it cost. Their are no children involved just property. WHat can he do?
