Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Foreclosure
I was married for 16 1/2 years . We
bought a house in Donie, Texas he
stayed for 6 months and moved out.
He was making the house payment
and he did not want me to work. But
I now clean houses to cover all
the household bills. He now decided
he isn't going to make the house
payment anymore and let foreclosure happen.
This man left me and I live in the
house. Is there any way a Judge
can make him make the payments.
I can't afford a Lawyer...Please help!!!!!!!!!!!

You have a very big problem. (I guess you already knew that). Judge's by themselves do not make any body do any thing unless a lawyer or someone acting as their own lawyer asks for something in a legal fashion. Talk to some lawyers maybe you can talk to somebody about making a payment plan. Otherwise, I don't see a favorable outcome for you for the house.
