Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We are a foreign family from Europe living in Texas, we don't have any relatives in the US. We have some friends though we can count on. What happen to the kids if both parents die ? Can our family come and get them back to Europe easily ? Would a will be helpful ?

You need to execute a Will and include in it a designation of guardian for your minor children.
