Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

does a form exist

my divorced was dismissed because of ''inactivity''. Is there a form called ''motion to reopen'' that I can file? Or will I have to refile?

Re: does a form exist

Yes, you have 30 days or less to file a Motion for New Trial.

You can go to any law library and find the form. Perhaps it's even available on this website. I don't know if it is.

You will need to set it for a hearing. Make sure to send a copy of the Motion and the hearing date to the opposing party.

If it's been later, then just refile and start all over.

Good luck!
