There is no set form, per se. If you do not want to hire an attorney to represent you, you will need to go to the law library and research the law, and the options available to you.

Based on what you have written, there is not specific form for filing a counter-suit for divorce with no children. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for an initial consultation.

You need to file a counter-petition for divorce. The filing fee in Harris County is under $40 so it's money well spent.

I can sell you the form. I prepare it after meeting with you. I would charge you $200 (cash) to sit down with you and then prepare the form. Then you make the copies, pay to file it and send a copy to your spouse and/or the attorney representing spouse.
